Mural Process

To begin, you’ll fill out the form below with accurate measurements and project details. Make sure to measure your wall’s height and length, as this ensures the artwork is perfectly designed to fit your space. You’ll also send over photos of the wall via email so I can get a clear idea of the area.

Once I have the details, you’ll receive a project quote outlining the scope and cost. After you approve the quote, we’ll move forward with a contract and an invoice for the 50% deposit. Once everything is signed and the deposit is paid, we can start designing!

We’ll work together on the design through a brief where you’ll share your ideas, inspiration, and any existing style guides. I’ll create black-and-white sketches for review, and we’ll fine-tune the design through a couple of revision rounds until the final, full-color concept is exactly what you want.
Email is my main method of communication, but we can hop on a video call if needed for more detailed feedback.

Once the design is finalized, I’ll deliver print-ready files and mockups. You’ll coordinate directly with your vendor or print shop to get the mural printed and installed. I don’t need to be on-site — everything can be handled digitally, saving time and travel!
